Eligibility Requirements
In order to be
eligible to receive assistance from the Senior Life Foundation, a
recipient:
1)
Must be 60 years of
age or older
2)
Must be a Duval County
resident
3)
Must have a total
monthly household income of $1,000 or less
4)
Must live in their own
home or apartment.
A senior is eligible
for assistance once every 24 months.
